Quality staffing means quality care and education.  At Centres for Early Learning, the children are supervised at all times by an experienced team of formally trained Early Childhood Education teachers and teaching assistants plus a centre Supervisor.  In addition, our Regional Managers oversee the daily program and centre administration with frequent visits and act as a resource to the children, parents, staff and Supervisors.  Our program and administrative staffing team of over 150 is dedicated to providing their best to the children and families at CFEL.

The children's needs and safety are always our foremost concern.  Our classrooms operate in accordance with the child-staff ratios set out by the Day Nurseries Act and criminal reference check are required for all new employees and volunteers at the centres.

Our professional team of educators provide love, care, nurturing, individual attention, encouragement and direction in an anti-biased and professional manner to promote active learning, independence, healthy growth, self-confidence, self-esteem, creative expression and divergent thinking.

Our workplace is supportive of our staff by providing on-going professional staff development, training, resources and teaching materials needed.  Open communication between our team of educators and parents is an essential element to our program.  Our staff consider themselves partners with parents in their children's care and early education.
