Centres for Early Learning believes that the skills acquired in and experiences of early childhood are foundational.  CFEL's Life Skills Education curriculum is committed to providing children with practical skills for daily living.  This program will provide and environment in which children are encouraged to develop respect, responsibility and independence through activities and the support of a staff who value and reflect these qualities.  LSE in integral to excellence in early childhood education and the promise high quality childcare for the future.

Life Skills Education includes:

  • Limits and Expectations

  • Social Skills

  • Self Help Skills

  • Organizational Skills

  • Care for the environment (indoor and outdoor)

  • Personal Hygiene and Care

  • Cooking
